Information processed
We process account email and authentication data, workflow settings, encrypted connection credentials, destination identifiers, webhook payloads, order and signal records, and support messages. For billing, we store your declared country, currency, plan, promotional credit usage and payment references/status. Razorpay and any selected payment method process payment details; DoneAlgo does not store full card details, CVV or UPI PIN. Infrastructure logs may contain request metadata and errors. The hosting provider supplies an approximate IP-based country to display regional prices; pricing code does not store your IP address.
How we use your information
We use information you provide to authenticate you, run your requested workflows, secure the service, record results and respond to support requests. We process it for these purposes with consent or another basis permitted by applicable law. You may contact us to withdraw consent or stop using a connection; this can prevent us from providing the related feature.
Credentials and service providers
API credentials are encrypted at rest. Never enable withdrawal permission or include credentials in alerts. Lovable/Supabase, Cloudflare and DigitalOcean provide hosting, authentication, database and infrastructure services. Your chosen brokers, exchanges and messaging providers receive the instructions required for your workflow. Their services may process data outside India under their own terms. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies, preferences and diagnostics
Authentication storage maintains your session. Local preferences remember interface choices. Hosting and application diagnostics help identify failures and usage. You can manage browser storage, but disabling necessary storage may prevent sign-in. Contact us for questions about processing or consent.
Retention
Paper trading keeps the last 500 entries. Other completed activity records are kept for 90 days. Account and connection data remain while needed for the service. Unresolved orders, security records, backups or records required by law may need longer handling; a history cleanup never discards an unresolved trade or its safety records.
Your rights and Grievance Officer

We verify ownership, respond within the timelines required by applicable Indian law, and explain any lawful reason for retaining information. These channels support rights under applicable information-technology and data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions take effect. Deleting a DoneAlgo account does not close broker positions.
Changes
