Terms of Service

Operator and acceptance
These terms govern use of software provided by Dnyanesh Kachale (sole proprietor), trading as DoneAlgo, 402, Sunehara Plaza, Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra 411057, India. By creating an account or using DoneAlgo you agree to these terms. Governing law and venue: India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
Software service
DoneAlgo routes your instructions to Binance, Delta Exchange India, MT5, Paper trading, Telegram, and Discord. Live trading is available on all plans, subject to provider eligibility and operational availability. DoneAlgo is not a broker, exchange or SEBI-registered investment adviser, does not hold trading funds and gives no investment advice.
Your responsibilities
Protect your credentials, use only accounts you are authorized to control, comply with provider rules, test strategies and monitor orders and positions. You are responsible for your instructions, trading losses and taxes. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or attempt to bypass access controls.
Live trading
Live accounts place real orders using real funds. Acknowledging risk does not guarantee any result. Signals and orders may be delayed, skipped or fail. Pausing entries or deleting a workflow does not automatically close positions. Keep independent access to your broker.
Plans, fees and upgrades
A seven-day trial with five connections starts at sign-up without a payment method. Monthly paid plans: Starter $10 / ₹1,000 (5 connections); Growth $20 / ₹2,000 (20 connections); Scale $40 / ₹4,000 (100 connections). Taxes, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. DoneAlgo is not GST-registered and does not issue a GSTIN. Yearly access is prepaid for twelve months with 20% off. The first plan purchase is a one-time payment. After that purchase, India-billed customers may separately authorize a Razorpay recurring mandate at the normal plan price, beginning when their paid period ends. These mandates run for at most ten years and then require fresh authorization. India is billed in INR and other supported countries in USD. Checkout is available for customers billed in India through Razorpay. International checkout is not yet available. Selecting a plan does not activate paid access. Access begins after verified payment or full redemption of eligible welcome credit. One verified account receives one $10 / ₹1,000 promotional credit, with no cash value, applied to its first purchase. Exchange and third-party fees are separate.
Cancellation and refunds
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, unused time or early cancellation. You can turn off an authorized recurring mandate from Billing; cancellation prevents future charges, and already-paid access continues until its end date. If you do not have a mandate, simply do not renew. When trial or paid access ends, automated alerts stop, including exit signals; manage any open positions directly with your exchange or broker. Availability and consumer rights
We work to keep the service available, but depend on third-party APIs, networks and infrastructure and do not promise uninterrupted operation or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Suspension, closure and contact
We may restrict access to address unlawful use, security threats or provider restrictions. We will explain restrictions where legally permitted and practicable. Contact hello@donealgo.com for account closure, data requests, cancellation or complaints. Manage open positions and revoke keys directly with providers. Material changes are notified by email to your account address and a notice inside the app.
